They don’t provide both data experts and business users the ability to query all of their data: business users can only answer the questions the analysts have pre-decided they should be able to answer. If business users always have to rely on pre-built code for visualizations, what insights will always be lost?

It is remarkably quick to get started and to iterate on reports. Learning materials, playbooks and documentation are very thorough. Customer support is incredibly helpful and responsive.

Google is no longer investing in Looker and will continue to downgrade the product as Looker eliminated the entire US-based support team in March 2022.
